In the past, we have had In-Depth Cleaning do various carpet cleaning jobs for us and have always been pleased with the results and their professionalism. During the recent local storms, we had a flooding emergency in our basement… and, while on the phone with our insurance agent it occurred to me that I should contact In-Depth to see if they could help with the clean up. Within MINUTES of my initial contact, Bruce called me and immediately committed to helping us out of our “mess”! Bruce and his team showed up at our house within a very short time frame and immediately began to work to get the basement cleaned and dried. Bruce and his team went the “extra mile” and even helped to carry bins/boxes out of the basement and into our garage! Over the course of the weekend they physically came back and checked on the status to make sure the clean up process was on track and effective. Their responsiveness was AWESOME and it was very evident that they personally cared about us and our situation.
